Last night I watched TBL Marathon and it couldn’t have come at a better time! With less then three weeks until my Marathon I REALLY REALLY NEED THIS!! My last run was mentally tough for me and I am so glad I stayed up late to watch it. Needless to say I might need two cups of coffee to make it through the day 🙂
BREAKFAST
I was going to go for a bowl of Oats, but then I decided a GM and some toast+AB is just what I needed after my “not so†clean dinner.
I decided to add some whey protein powder that I received at the Ragnar Relay.
The ingredients are simple: Whey Protein! There is also 20 grams of protein per serving.
In the Vita-mix along with 1 cup almond milk, 1 frozen banana, 1 tbsp flax seed, and a 1/4 cup of blueberries.
Super refreshing!
I had to pieces of whole wheat toast with Maranatha PB 🙂
