Welcome to my first ever Blogging Bake Sale of 2010! Listed below I have over 20 unique treats ready to be bid on and shipped your way.

Before you begin please review the Rules I posted earlier.

All funds raised from this event will go directly to my St. Jude Hero’s account. This is 100% for a good cause!

Remember there is a minimum bid of $20 on each item and e-mail all bids to

I will update the ‘bid section’ on the bottom of this post through out the day on which items are currently being bidded on and what the highest bid is.

A soft and chewy blueberry oatmeal cookie with hints of white chocolate chips and a sprinkle of coconut.  I quote Asher, "I’m just going to stop eating food all together and only eat these cookies.

2 dozen Granola Bites

Granola bites are a delicious no-bake treat with Naturally Nutty peanut butter, local honey, coconut, and mini m&ms. (They can be made with vegan chocolate chips instead of mini m&ms.) They are a great pick-me-up and dessert/snack on the go.

One large batch of meringue cookies (at least 60 cookies!)

They can be traditional vanilla, vanilla/lemon, almond, coconut, chocolate, or chocolate chip. In addition, they can be any color (except the chocolate, those are brown) the recipient wants! Cookies can also be decorated with a variety of sprinkles and sparkling sugars if desired.

These do contain eggs, but I use organic sugar. The whole batch needs to be the same flavor, but can be more than one color if desired.

Oatmeal Cookies–2 dozen (or so)

You see, Santa is a cookie connoisseur. But by the time that he gets to your house, he might be sugar-ed out. This is why these cookies save the day. Since they rely on spices and dark brown sugar rather than cups and cups of the white stuff, they don’t taste too sweet. And since they are packed full of oatmeal, dried fruit and some nuts they hit the stomach much like a granola bar (but they sure taste like a cookie; it’s the 2 sticks of butter).

Easy, Energizing, No-Bake Cookies

These cookies are literally the quick fix to post workout hunger!  You can prepare them before you workout, place them in the fridge while you are doing so, and then be back just in time to enjoy an easy, tasty, flour-less, and healthy treat!  Kids love them too!!

Chunky Monkey Cookies

They are oatmeal, banana, peanut butter chocolate chip cookies. These do contain chocolate, peanut butter, and gluten as they are made with whole wheat and all purpose flour. I could sub out the chocolate chips for something else upon buyer request, but, in my humble cookie loving opinion, the chocolate chips really make the cookie. And, I’ll make two dozen.

grand, this quick french bread makes excellent baked french toast for a
special weekend breakfast, the almost "nutrigrain" bars are my favorite new
baked good and the blueberry coconut bars are my son’s favorite treat…I
couldn’t decide what to bake so YOU get to bid and we’ll chat afterward on
what you would like me to make for you. I promise, you will not be
disappointed. I have 100’s of recipes.  All baked goods are made in a
