Good MID-Morning everyone! Did you miss me yesterday?? I missed you all 🙂

This weekend was PACKED!!

So packed that I didn’t even get a chance to sit down until after 10pm last night. The weekend started with good quality time with my little nieces who spent the night with us. I love them dearly, but man having kids is a FULL TIME job! We had a lot of fun together, I took them to go see the Squekal “Alvin and the Chipmunks” together,it was so cute!

The girls had popcorn, and I had about 5 of these beauties, because I NEVER eat these anymore and I forgot how much I LOVE THEM!

Then on Sunday we went to Church and enjoyed the beautiful weather together. I started the day off right with a GM!

After the girls left( I was exhausted) I watched some of the Play-off game with the boys (I say boys because we have a full house of Men ever since Thursday due to the roads being closed up to the mountain). The Vikings lost, I cried, then went and taught KB!!!

I did a little bit of everything in my class. Focus Mitts, Lunges with the Medicine Ball, Circuits with pushups in between, Sprints, Abs with partners, Abs alone….

Then it was on to a fun birthday dinner for my two bros, Steve-O, and Jerry. They both have monumental birthdays this week, the big 18 & 21!!!

(iPhone quality pics, forgot my camera!!)

Before the cake I split an Oak Glen salad with my Cuz!

WOW, I am so recreating this salad soon! Mixed greens, Apples, Chicken, Walnuts, Blue Cheese(didn’t eat), tomatoes, and Poppy Seed Dressing on the side. I think when I recreate it, it will have goat cheese and some granola for more crunch! I also managed to have a few bites of Hubby’s burger (AMAZING) and fries before my meal came out because I WAS STARVED!

I also had a slice of Birthday cake, because it was ICE CREAM CAKE!!! I just ate the ice-cream, no cake and icing for me.

WOW as you can see I was pretty busy!!!

Last night I did get a messege from my boss letting me know that we can not go to work today because the roads are closed and we have no electricity!!! So of course I didn’t set an alarm clock(PRAISE GOD) and woke up around 7:30 and made some yummy oats.

My camera loves the natural lighting!!!!

I fell in love with these amazing OATS Creations that I saw this morning over at Tina and Kath’s blogs!!!

“Quaker has developed a “CrEATe Your Day” digital application on Quakeroats.com and Facebook. Simply input information on the day ahead– whether it’s your day or a friend’s– and the application will create a custom virtual oatmeal creation and inspirational message known as an “Oatmail.” You can send the Oatmail to yourself or a friend or even share it via social networking sites.”- HOW FUN!

To help encourage participation, for each Quaker oatmeal creation, Quaker will donate $1 to Share Our Strength , up to $25,000, until March 31, 2010. Go to QuakerOats.com/CreateYourDay for more info.

OK FRIENDS LET’S GET CREATIVE!!! I am headed over there today to submit my creation 🙂

After breakfast I ran some errands for my Boss who staying at our house at the moment and now I am all settled in at my favorite local Coffee Shop for the day to work on returning phone calls, emails, and working on some new updates to the blog.
