Tonight I had dinner with the women at the retreat and it was very fancy. We started with a spinach salad with apples and cottage cheese.
Along with the most amazing BREAD!
The main course was Duck, this was a first for me.
The Duck was served with wild rice and asparagus.
As you can see I hated it 😉 Never new I would love Duck so much!
Dessert was the best part! The gooiest brownie I have ever enjoyed!
When I got home this lovely face was all over me!
Not like I didn’t mind it, only the cutest dog in the world!
Alright folks I am going to bed right now, because I am getting up at 4:30 am to run 8 miles with Fast Jill!
