Hi friends, just got back from Thursday Night Group and wanted to show you a sneak peak into the start of my NEW Home Gym. I am slowly starting to add to it, I really want a floor mat+ a pull up bar!!!!
This video is just a quick preview of some of the things I like to do at home. I like to mix it up as you can see and I make sure to do each circuit at least 3-5 times each for about 1-2 minutes each. In the video I am only doing about 1/4 of the actual circuit time. I did a lot more sit-ups at the end as well as push-ups, but my battery died.
