It’s Friday!!!

I believe Yoga is going to be my Friday morning workout for the rest of my life 🙂 As I rolled out of bed this morning I couldn’t wait to step onto my mat and dive right in. I did Polly’s Yoga for Yin Video. Yin is all about holding poses for a longer period of time, even though it might feel uncomfortable at first the longer you hold the poses the better it feels!

For BREAKY I made yet another bowl of delicious Oats! I have to say a fresh pot off the stove is 100% better then reheated oats!

I added Strawberries for the first time today and I loved it! I have a large bag of frozen strawberries in the freezer that I so need to use up. I nuked them for about 1 minute and they tasted sweet and yummy!

There is also some mixed nuts in the there as well as some Honest Food Plank!

Going to make coffee at work today, gotta run!
